After the fabric is Washed or Dyed (on Jiggers) it is dried on the Drying Range and then it is ready for printing.

We can see here that the fabric is pasted on the Printing tables by the skilled labors. The colors for printing are set and the printing is started.

For every color in the design the numbers of screens are different viz. if a design have four colors four number of screens are made i.e one for each color.

All colors are made by a Master of color matching, who is assigned to supervise all the printing process.

We request our buyers to let us know the color shades from TP or TC SERIES Pantone shade card which we also have with us. It enables us proper communication. In respect of proper color matching for the Dyes. Our buyers from all over the world can also send us their required samples, which we develop and produce for them

We have our designers to understand the requirement of our buyers

  2. Rubbing Fast
  3. Colour Fast (No Color Bleeding in Washing)

Azo Free Colours

All our Colours and Chemicals are Azo free and environment friendly We have 120", 72" and 63" printing tables to make any possible sizes.

After printing the fabric is specially steamed to make the colors more fast and bright.

 

Screens once made as per the demands of the customer are preserved for future use, thus leaving a large variety of designs with us.

Due to these preserved screens we are able to deliver the same design to the customer he demanded earlier without any sort of alterations.

Designs specially made for our buyers are not copied or used for any other buyer.
