We have semi automatic Jiggers with big Capacity. What we are showing here is just the beginning of the process of fabric washing. After that the fabric is cooked in the hot water with chemicals and then washed again to remove the chemicals completely. The dyes are set and the fabric is dyed as per the required colour shades.

Steam Treatment

We request our buyers to let us know the color shades from TP or TC SERIES Pantone shade card which we also have with us. It enables us proper communication. In respect of proper color matching for the Dyes. Our buyers from all over the world can also send us their required samples, which we develop and produce for them

 

We have Jiggers of 90" (Inches) width and of 70" (Inches) width which gives us large capacity of fabric to process per day, which is about 3000 to 5000 Meter of fabric per Day.

We also have a Drying Range of 120" (Inches) width, for final drying of the fabric which is ready for printing after the fabric is Dyed or Washed.
